About the program

This presentation will discuss some of the main issues that HNW Dual Citizen (U.S. Mexico) families face and some of the newer planning alternatives that take into account recent US and Mexican tax reforms (2017 and 2019 respectively).  It will show how civil law fideicomisos and common law trusts, among other alternatives, can be used as cross-border tax efficient planning tools for Mexican and U.S. based assets.  Practical cases will be used to illustrate some of the key points of the presentation.
