About the Program
SAEPC and Community Foundation for Southern Arizona are teaming up for another summer of learning. Registration is hosted by co-sponsor CFSA. This event is FREE for SAEPC members, and guests may attend for $75.
Trust in Pieces: Formulas and Funding
Join us for an interactive session led by an attorney, a CPA, and an investment advisor on working with formula clauses in trusts. This session is designed for all professionals advising clients with assets in trust and will highlight:
- Modern estate planning and drafting using formula clauses.
- Funding of trusts created under formula clauses, including a discussion of the various funding mechanisms and consideration of administrative factors.
- Options for dealing with unnecessary credit shelter trusts.
- Investment advisor’s perspective, planning, and maintenance of trusts created under formula clauses.
