Because each administration is unique in terms of the family dynamics, size of the estate, and types of assets, you may have clients who face a difficult decision when naming a successor trustee or choosing between their children and a corporate trustee. After administering hundreds of trusts, Kristin will discuss the pros and cons of each type of trustee.
