I’ve been there ever since. I intentionally chose rural Northern Arizona as my home because I wanted to work with rural and indigenous communities, both of which are increasingly underserved populations.\n \nI have been a certified specialist in trust and estate law (State Bar of Arizona), and a certified elder law attorney (National Elder Law Foundation) since 1997, and practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and elder law/disability/mental health planning. I work with people from all walks of life and all socio-economic situations, including non-traditional families, people with age- and disability-related issues, and families navigating federal, state, and tribal succession laws. I frequently work with clients and families walking through severe mental illness, dementia, end-of-life, and serious age-related disabilities, including indigent and institutionalized populations.\n \nI feel like I have succeeded when my clients know I’ve heard and seen them, and I have helped them arrive at an outcome that holistically responds to their concerns and hopes in a way that makes sense to them.\n \nIf I’m not in my office, I am probably hanging out on the farm or making art.\n \n \n \nThank you to our Happy Hour Sponsor\n \n\n \n \n \nThank you to our Speaker Sponsor\n \nIf you are unable to view the reservation form please [Click here](https://form.jotform.com/242484605379162) to be redirected\n \n[].\n
